Gary Cohen

Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Gary Cohen was appointed Chairman of IBA in September 1999 and CEO in October 2007 following the acquisition of iSOFT Group Plc. He was a leading legal practitioner and a principal of an Australian investment bank. He has extensive expertise in the IT industry.

Other current directorships: Director of Tag Pacific Limited.

Special Responsibilities: Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Stephen Garrington

Director, Group Business Development and Strategy

Stephen Garrington was appointed as Director of Group Business Development and Strategy in January 2008 and has been a Director of IBA since August 2004. He was Chief Executive Officer of IBA prior to the acquisition of iSOFT and prior to that was Chief Executive Officer of Torex Health, a division of Torex Plc. He has over 20 years experience in health information systems in a number of international markets.

Anthony Sherlock

Non- Executive Director

Anthony Sherlock was appointed a Director of IBA in February 2000. He is a former senior partner of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), with over 25 years experience in providing strategic and risk management advice to companies in a variety of industries. He has been appointed by both the Federal and State Governments to a number of industry committees.

Other current directorships: Director of Stockland Capital Partners Limited and Export Finance Insurance Corporation Limited.

Special Responsibilities: Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Peter Wise

Non- Executive Director

Peter Wise was appointed a director of IBA in September 1999. In addition to directorships within the Tag Pacific Group, he has been actively involved in a number of Australian and New Zealand industries and business sectors for over 30 years.

Special Responsibilities: Member of the Audit and Compliance Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Claire Jackson

Non- Executive Director

Professor Claire Jackson was appointed a director of IBA in November 2004. She is a Professor of General Practice at the University of QLD. She has been a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioner's (RACGP) Federal Council and Chair of the RACGP in 2002 and 2003 during a period of significant restructure. She was a member of Healthconnect Steering Committee in Brisbane South and has a long history of policy advice regarding healthcare reform to both state and national governments. She is the immediate past chair of the RACGP QLD Faculty and is a practicing GP with over 20 years experience in the delivery of primary care, general practice and primary health education. In June 2008 Claire was appointed to the National Primary Care Strategy Reference Group.

Ian Tsicalas

Non- Executive Director

(appointed on 28 May 2008)

Ian Tsicalas was appointed a Director in May 2008. Ian has significant operational experience having managed both public and private companies. Ian was Managing Director of Australian Discount Retail Pty Limited until May 2007. In 2005 he led the merger of the Australian discount variety retail businesses of Miller Retail Limited and The Warehouse Group Limited to form ADR. Prior to this he was Chief Executive of the Warehouse Group Limited. Ian was also previously Managing Director of Commander Communications Limited and Howard Smith Limited.

Special Responsibilities: Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Robert Moran

Non Executive Director

Robert Moran was appointed an alternate Director to Ian Tsicalas

Robert Moran has been a director of Allco Equity Partners Limited since July 2007 and was appointed as Managing Director in May 2008.

Robert is an executive of Allco Finance Group and is Head of Allco Equity Partners Management Pty Ltd (AEPM). Robert has been an executive of AEPM since 2004. He has been closely involved in the principal investing activities of the Allco Finance Group for the last nine years. In that time, as well as being involved in the business development of Allco Finance Group, Robert has led acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings and disposals of businesses on behalf of both Allco Finance Group and funds managed by Allco Finance Group.

Prior to joining the Allco Group, Robert practised corporate and commercial law for 11 years.Robert is a director of Tag Pacific Limited, AWA Limited and Krispy Kreme Australia.
